Memorial Park - Condobolin
Located on the iconic Lachlan River, Memorial Park pays tribute to the men and women who's lives were lost in the Boer War, World War I, World War II, Korean War and Vietnam War. The memorial incorporates the arch from the original Memorial Park gates, a 1917 German minewarfer (Bomb Thrower) presented to the citizens of the municipality of Condobolin in 1921, a sandstone obelisk originally a fountain, commemorates those from the District who died in service or were killed in action during the South African (Boer) War and the Periscope Rifle created by William Beech which revolutionised trench warfare.
The Peter "Yabby" Riley Adventure Playground has equipment for all ages and abilities so everyone can play.
